Welcome to Bay Point Marina Villa, just steps to the Bay Point Marina. This ground floor villa sleeps five (plus two furry friends) with step-free access to one bedroom plus a sunroom and two full baths. Enjoy a patio with golf course view and many restaurants and activities within walking distance. 
 
This newly renovated villa offers upgrades and comfort for your beach getaway:
 
🛏 Main bedroom with a California King and private bath with walk in Shower + 35 inch smart TV
🛏 Sunroom (non-enclosed) has a Full bed +Twin Bed.
🛋 The Living room has large sectional sofa with a 55 inch smart TV
🛁2nd bathroom has a bathtub shower combo
👙Full sized washer and dryer for your convenience
🍽 Full kitchen with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils
 
🚙 Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card. Renter must provide ID to receive an access pass. If a second vehicle is coming, that driver's ID must provided as well.

🍽️ Bay Point has several restaurants all in walking distance including Bar 72 + many other options that are very convenient, everything from white tablecloth dining (Captain Anderson's and Grand Marlin) to casual dockside eats, Cajun favorites, and a handful of great local breakfast places.

🚴Bike rentals are just to the right of our unit in front of Marriott Vacation rental building.

🎣The Bay Point Marina offers boat rentals, dolphin tours and fishing charters.

🚤The Resort located at the next entrance offers a shuttle boat to Shell Island and has jet ski and paddle board rentals + a private beach area. 

⛱️Private beach located on left side of Resort offers jet ski and paddle board rentals.

🌸Serenity Spa is located in the reflections building with a pool that is available if you book a service at this spa.

⚽ Publix Sports Park is about 5 miles away.
